A petition filed by Teamsters to exclude the position of Electric Linemen from the appropriate unit was denied owing to a lack of sufficient evidence to support the petition. The unit was redescribed to reflect current statutory requirements:
"All employees of the City of North St. Paul Streets, Parks, and Utilities Departments who are employed for more than 14 hours per week and more than 67 work days per calendar year, excluding supervisory, confidential, and all other employees."
