On August 3, 2012, the City filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari with the Minnesota Court of Appeals. The Bureau issued an /bms/assets/12PCL0486-CoonRapids-Stay2.pdf_tcm1075-242057.pdfOrder to Stay on September 28, 2012.
On April 15, 2013, the Minnesota Court of Appeals issued an /bms/assets/12PCL0486-CoonRapidsCourtOrder.pdf_tcm1075-242058.pdfOrder affirming the Bureau's decision.
