    Long-term employee with no prior record of discipline discharged for alleged violation of workplace safety standards.        
     
    Grievance Sustained      ER did not have just cause to discharge grievant from position. ERs expectations were not clear, nor uniformly enforced, EEs actions were not willful nor wanton, and ER did not have a Zero Tolerance Policy in place before this incident. Returned to work and made whole.
