    Grievance filed after long-established Dental Trust deduction applied to newly accreted EEs into the bargaining unit resulted in unilateral wage decrease. ER raised issue of arbitrability at hearing, as previous agreement made to address thru bargaining.         
     
    Grievance Denied            Deemed arbitrable. Dental Trust deduction has historically resulted in an offset to hourly wages under this contract to fund the negotiated contract benefit. ER has consistently applied the Dental Trust deduction to all positions added to the bargaining unit as they gain access to the benefit..
