    Grievance filed over exclusion of previous service credits applying towards newly bargaining longevity pay for EEs joining the District after dissolution of intermediate districts. Union noted prior service had applied to placement on salary schedule. ER noted Union had not allowed it to be used for placement on seniority list.        
     
    Grievance Denied            Parties directed to engage in good faith negotiations on the issue of service credit time.
