    Grievance filed over alleged improper implementation of Bus Driver’s Tentative Agreement. Union argues Yr 1 COLA increase and modifications to salary schedule and placement were agreed upon in mediation. ER argues TA document produced and reviewed by union later clearly did not provide for a COLA increase in year 1.        
     
    Grievance Denied            ER implemented the agreement reflected on the Tentative Agreement document provided and reviewed after mediation.
