Union seeking 1.85% to Mechanic position based on Fridley's Senior Mechanic position. City asserts 1.1% adjustment appropriate based on Fridley Mechanic position.      
     
    Award: Union's position: 1.85% Fridley's Senior Mechanic position shown to be closer in minimum requirements and essential knowledge, skills, and abilities to Elk River Mechanic position.
