    Award: Union maintains severance program, and can choose whether to receive Juneteenth or 2nd floating holiday annually. Arbitrator established wages of varying percentages to salary schedule 1/1/25. Followed city pattern for 7/1/25 2.75% 1/1/26 3% 1/1/27 3%.
     
    Arbitrator deviated from ER and Union wages positions in effort to maintain difference between Patrol officers and Sergeant's wage scales.
