    Issue: Fair Share Fee Deductions
    EE changed from full member to fair share fee payor and not enough money withheld by the ER. Union requests ER to pay the difference to the union rather than the EE reimbursing them.
     
    Grievance Denied ER did not violate applicable contract language. No evidence of negligence by Employer, nor sufficient specificity in the language of Article 5 to interpret indemnification provision as Union requests. Was an error or omission.
