    Detention facility CO discharged for alleged violations of policies related to harassment, disrespect, and bullying. Union argued lack of due process.
     
    Grievance Sustained in Part  ER violated the CBA when it discharged without just and sufficient cause. While behaviors did not violate bullying or harassment policies, use of vulgar language did violate respect policies. Grievant returned to work and made whole minus a 5-day unpaid suspension.
