Numerous grievances filed by union between 3/2018 and 12/2022 related to RNs mandated to perform OT. Appears conflicting application of CBA language and Appendix K. ER cites lack of timeliness in processing to arbitration, and ability to change from LPN class work to RN class work.         

Grievance(s) Sustained  9 of 10 cases found to be arbitrable.Those not properly moved to arbitration were dismissed. For the grievances sustained, owed an additional 1.5x rate of pay for all hours worked those shifts improperly inversed. Cited internal conflicts within CBA and external LPN contract.
