    Overtime exempt employee denied extra compensation for working an extended shift.  CBA requires it to be an extension to a shift to attend to direct patient needs that could not have been attended to within their regular workday and with approval.        
     
    Grievance Denied    Difference between receiving approval for extra work/extra compensation in advance or relying on assumed approval after work performed. Unwilling to grant EEs ability to change schedule to accrue overtime at any time.
