ER changed the daily schedules of salaried, overtime exempt professional outpatient Rehabilitation Therapists to increase productivity and allow for seeing up to 9 patients a day by eliminating down-time gaps in previous schedule. Union argued changes were not negotiated.

Grievance Denied    Union attempted and failed to gain ability to bargain productivity measures in the CBA.
