    Nursing Assistant had 6 instances of discipline, coaching and counseling in 3 years related to not treating patients with dignity and respect. Issued a Final Written Warning after 2 additional incidents of being rude.               
     
    Grievance Denied. Rules concerning Patient Rights are clear, Grievant is well aware of the Rules, and has been counseled numerous times about her rude treatment of some residents. Employer was justified in expecting the Grievant to understand what it means to be “rude” and to modify her behavior accordingly.
