Grievant terminated for insubordination after refusing to bathe resident on 3 separate occasions when told to do so by her direct supervisor. Union argued ER did not conduct a fair investigation. 

Grievance Denied. ER presented clear and convincing evidence grievant was insubordinate, refused to do her assigned job, and deliberately delayed in carrying out her job duties. Just grounds for termination.
