This year's event will place a special emphasis on mental health and well-being, highlighting the importance of emotional resilience, self-care, and access to supportive services.

- Keynote Presentation: Bridging the Gap: Mental Health and Autism Across the Lifespan
- Keynote Panel: Navigating Systems of Support: A Collaborative Approach to Mental Health and Autism
- Updated autism prevalence data from the Minnesota Autism Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network

Purpose
- To promote coordinated supports, health, education and resiliency for the Minnesota autism community
- The MN Autism Resource Symposium is an opportunity for the Minnesota Autism Community to:

Audience
- Youth and adults with autism, parents, caregivers, advocates, lead agencies, educators, health care professionals, providers, employers and others.
What to Expect
- Keynote Presentations and Panels – Hear from leading experts on the intersection of autism and mental health, including strategies for managing stress and accessing services and supports.
- Breakout Sessions
- Resource Fair – Connect with organizations offering autism services, mental health supports, advocacy groups, and healthcare coverage. Open all day from 8:30 to 4:00.
- Networking Opportunities – Meet parents, self-advocates, educators, and service providers to build a strong, informed, and supportive community.
