APPLY BY NOVEMBER 8, 2023. PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES

​Minnesota family support organizations:

​Apply for a grant to provide programming for parents of children with disabilities, including a focus on underserved families and communities with high prevalence of autism spectrum disorder.

​Through recent legislation DHS is awarding grant funding to organizations to provide:

• ​Outreach to new families
• ​Individual parent support and parent to parent (peer) group support
• ​Help with system navigation through development and promotion of one page parent tip guides and short 2–5-minute videos
