Grants & Scholarships

MAELC Grants and Scholarships are one of the ways we support agriculture education in Minnesota, both regionally and statewide. From addressing post-secondary issues to promoting food and natural resource literacy, these grants are a key focus of MAELC.

Our Initiatives

Whether it be working with the National Teach Ag Campaign to recruit agriculture teachers into the profession or sponsoring events within the state to bring attention to our thriving agriculture community, MAELC is focused on providing leadership and resources within Minnesota.

Our Partners

MAELC partners with many organizations, both in Minnesota and nationally, to effectively extend the reach of agriculture within our classrooms, on our farms and in the Minnesota State Legislature.

About

MAELC is a 16-member legislative council that provides leadership to promote and expand agricultural education in Minnesota. The state legislature, agricultural educators, and agriculture industry leaders are all represented on the council.
