Certifier toolkit
Starting January 1, 2026, Minnesota Paid Leave will provide payments and job protections so people can take time away from work for major life events — like welcoming a child, caring for a loved one, or recovering from a serious illness.
This toolkit helps healthcare and social service providers find the resources they need to understand their role and responsibilities and support those they serve. Additional materials will be added as Minnesota gets ready for Paid Leave to begin in January 2026.
