Program information

Required poster and notices

  • Paid Leave posters and notices - Employers are required to inform their workers about Paid Leave by December 1, 2025. You must both display a Paid Leave workplace poster and inform employees individually. On this page, you will find the documents you need to meet these notice requirements.

Promote Paid Leave

  • Paid Leave Employer Postcard – Print out a postcard you can use to spread the word about Minnesota Paid Leave in your workplace, professional networks, and communities.
