Minnesota Paid Leave is committed to engaging Minnesotans early in the process to create an accessible and user-friendly program that serves individuals, employers, healthcare providers, and communities across the state. We are hosting public events to connect with Minnesotans and share updates about Minnesota Paid Leave. These events are part of our commitment to transparency and community engagement.
Payroll providers and benefit managers, also known as third party administrators (TPAs), play an important role in setting employers up for success and ensuring compliance with Minnesota's new Paid Leave program. To help TPAs support their Minnesota clients, Paid Leave staff are partnering with the National Payroll Reporting Consortium (NPRC) for a webinar that will delve into issues such as wage detail reporting and employer account creation, leave administration, equivalent plan exceptions and small business assistance. Both TPAs and the Minnesota employers that rely on their services are encouraged to join the webinar using the link below. Registration is not required.
