Next Meeting of the Clemency Review Commission

The Clemency Review Commission will meet on January 9, 2026, from 8:30am-5pm in the Itasca Room - West Entrance, at 1450 Energy Park Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55108. The meeting will be open to the public in person and online. There are no hearings at this meeting, it will focus on governance and training.

The meeting is open to the public, in-person only.  If you are an applicant, victim/survivor, or other participant for an application on the agenda, please contact CRC staff (clemency.review.commission@state.mn.us) for remote participation options if you are unable to attend in person.

Applications heard by the Clemency Review Commission in August and September 2025 will be heard at the December 17, 2025 Board of Pardons meeting.
