Reporting a Health Professional to HPSP
If you are concerned that a licensed health professional may be experiencing a physical, mental, or substance use condition that could be affecting their ability to practice safely, you can make a confidential report to the Health Professionals Services Program (HPSP). The goal of HPSP is to support early intervention and provide monitoring that protects public safety while helping the professional address their health concerns. Timely reporting can play a critical role in preventing harm and promoting recovery. To report a practitioner complete the following
