Disciplinary and enforcement orders are public data and1 copies may be obtained by contacting the Board office or by downloading the PDF files linked below. Orders are organized by year issued. A number in parentheses following an individual or business name indicates multiple enforcement actions. Please contact the Board office for orders issued from 2009 to 2021.
