Welcome to the Minnesota Tax Court E-Filing System

E-Filing and E-Service are available to registered users for filing documents in pending Tax Court cases. E-Filing is mandatory for attorneys and government agencies. 

Register for E-Filing and E-Service

To register for the E-Filing System, users must take and pass a short test (80% or higher).  All answers to the test are included in the Tax Court's Rule governing E-Filing and E-Service and in the E-Filing FAQ page.
