E-Filing and E-Service are available to registered users for filing documents in pending Tax Court cases. E-Filing is mandatory for attorneys and government agencies.
To register for the E-Filing System, users must take and pass a short test (80% or higher). All answers to the test are included in the General Procedures Order: E-Filing and E-Service in the Minnesota Tax Court and in the E-Filing FAQ page. You may refer to the General Procedures Order and the FAQ page during the test.
