E-Filing and E-Service is now available to registered user for filing documents in cases already pending in the tax court.
To register for the E-Filing System, users must take and pass a short test. Successful test completion means an 80 percent score on the test. All answers to the test are included in the General Procedures Order: E-Filing and E-Service in the Minnesota Tax Court and in the E-Filing FAQ page. You may refer to the General Procedures Order and the FAQ page during the test.
