Driving and Parking Directions
NOTE: The Public Entrance to the Minnesota Judicial Center is on the south side of the building (25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.).
Driving Directions
From the East:
Take I-94 to the 12th St. exit. Proceed on 12th St. to Robert St. Turn right (north) on Robert St. and continue to Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Turn left on Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. (west). The Minnesota Judicial Center will be on your right (north).
From the West:
Take I-94 to Marion St. exit. Turn right (south) on Marion St. and proceed to John Ireland Blvd. Turn left on John Ireland (north) and continue past 12th St. At the stop sign, turn right (east) on Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Proceed past Cedar St. The Minnesota Judicial Center will be on your left (north).
From the North:
35E south to University Avenue exit. Go straight following to 35E” (12th St.) to Cedar St. Take right (north) to MLK Blvd. Turn right (east) and the Judicial Center is on your left (north).
From the South:
Take 35E north to 11th St.exit. Proceed on 11th St. past St. Peter St. and Wabasha St. Turn left (north) on Cedar St. and continue past 12th St. and Columbus St. At Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd turn right (east). The Minnesota Judicial Center will be on your left (north).
Parking
Metered Parking
Street parking at meters is available on Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Robert Street, and on the east side of the MJC.
Metered parking is also available in the Orange Level of the Centennial Ramp, across the street from the Judicial Center.
There are an additional 40 all-day meters in Lot Q, north of the Capitol at Cedar Street and Sherburne Avenue.
All Parking Meters are enforced 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays. A Ramsey County District Court citation that carries a $33.00 fine may be issued to violators.
All Day Parking
If you plan to spend the day, you can buy an all-day visitor parking permit from Plant Management Please contact them at 651-201-2300 for cost and other details. A permit may be purchased for multiple days but no refunds are given. The permit may be used in the orange level of the Centennial Ramp or Lot Q.
