Emily Seitz joined the Minnesota Tax Court in 2026. During law school, she was a research assistant, a member of the Minnesota Journal of International Law, and studied abroad in France. She previously clerked for the Arizona Court of Appeals. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and playing trivia.
