Our Service Provider

Vestwell is the selected service provider for the Minnesota Secure Choice Retirement Program. It is the contracted service provider for the Partnership for a Dignified Retirement member states. Vestwell hosts the online portal where savers manage their contribution rates and their opt-out status, recharacterize their IRA, and see their account statements. Vestwell also hosts the portal where covered employers have their own log-ins to see employee contribution rates, opt-out selections, and recharacterizations, as well as where employers can attempt to file for exemption from the program by providing proof they meet exemption criteria.

Vestwell also manages the individual retirement accounts (IRAs) for savers and handles the investing of contributions. Most customer service requests go through Vestwell customer service representatives.
