Employer Registration Phase Timeline

The program portal, hosted by Vestwell the service provider, is open as of January 2026. Employers are now able to register for the program before or during their assigned phase or file for an exemption. Notices with a unique identifier will be sent out to employers the week of January 19, 2026, and again around the time of their assigned phase with instructions. Employers can also access the program portal using their respective FEIN.
