Minnesota Secure Choice is a state-facilitated, employer-supported retirement program that bridges the retirement savings gap for hundreds of thousands of Minnesotans.

Passed into law in 2023, the Minnesota Secure Choice Retirement Program offers automatic enrollment into portable individual retirement accounts (IRAs) that help workers build retirement savings through automatic payroll deductions, while allowing employers to provide a valuable benefit with minimal administrative burden and no fees assessed by the Program.
