The Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare (CASCW) is putting on a free series of reflective consultation for child welfare supervisors and administrators.

Reflective Consultation is a practice of meeting regularly with a group of peers and a trained consultant to hold discussions about the members' work. This process enables professionals to talk about their work, how it is affecting them, and provide resources and discussions about supporting the child welfare workforce. The CASCW Reflective Consultation series will run via eleven sessions between August 2026 and June 2027. These sessions are open to administrators or supervisors who work in Minnesota child protection or child welfare. If you meet the criteria and are interested, please complete the interest form.
