The Minnesota Department of Health presents a webinar on addressing burnout among educators and school staff.
Educators and school staff are the most burned-out profession in the United States, which affects decision-making, teachers' sense of purpose, and their relationships with their students. This webinar will discuss data and insights from the Northeast Service Cooperative and Midwest Center for School Mental Health. These organizations are launching a resource guide and toolkit based on their data to advocate for policy and systems changes in our schools.
Presenters include Cheryl Holm-Hansen (Midwest Center for School Mental Health), Mark Sander (Midwest Center for School Mental Health), and Aubrie Hoover (Northeast Service Cooperative).
