Foster Adopt Minnesota's HELP Program services are free and available to any Minnesota adoptive, kinship or foster family; adopted persons; birth/first family members; former foster youth and community professionals.

The HELP Program provides the following services:

• Support from a team of specialists with advanced training in adoptive, foster, and kinship families, via phone or email
• Connecting individuals and families to therapists trained in adoption, trauma, and attachment, community resources, and educational opportunities
• Assisting eligible individuals and families with funding to help with the cost of therapy with vetted therapists, Foster Adopt Minnesota educational opportunities, and eligible supports.
