The Minnesota Council on Disability (MCD) wants your feedback! MCD advises the Governor and Legislature on the policies and funding decisions that most affect Minnesotans with disabilities, and this survey is your opportunity to share what you want the legislature to prioritize next year.

Minnesotans with disabilities, family members and primary caregivers, allies, advocates, and service providers are welcome to participate in the survey. You must be 18 or older.
