Petitions for adding new delivery methods

Members of the public can petition the Office of Cannabis Management to add an approved medical cannabis delivery method/approved form of medical cannabis. OCM accepts petitions from June 1 to July 31 each year. Petitions received outside this window will not be considered. Learn more about the 2024 petitions process to add a delivery method.
