Theo Casio (pronouns he/him and they/them) is a Client Relationship Consultant at U.S. Bank. He is also a student at Metro State University pursuing his bachelor's in social work with a focus on community. Theo leads U.S. Bank's LGBTQIA+ Business Resource Group which allows him to volunteer and attend multiple LGBTQIA+ community-focused events. Theo is passionate about community engagement and creating inclusive spaces for individuals who identify as both BIPOC and LGBTQIA+. They are also dedicated to addressing issues that affect transgender, two-spirit, and gender nonconforming Minnesotans. Additionally, Theo is a fan of the Minnesota Lynx and enjoys attending games in their free time.
