Jonathan (Jon) Poquiz (he/him) is a licensed psychologist and assistant professor at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Poquiz specializes in working with transgender and gender diverse youth and young adults in his clinical practice and research program. He also participates in training, teaching, and education for mental health and medical providers supporting transgender and gender diverse people. He brings a framework of integrating justice and health equity in all aspects of his work. He also works to build strength in community, finding joy, and fostering resilience among queer and trans youth.
