WINONA COUNTY VACCINE DISTRIBUTION
Dentists in Winona County should have been contacted by county officials and asked to fill out a survey. If you and/or your staff are interested in receiving the vaccine, we encourage you to fill out
this survey.
OTTER TAIL COUNTY VACCINE DISTRIBUTION
Dentists in Otter Tail County should have received an email from the county public health department regarding available dates and times to be vaccinated. Each person needs to register individually for the vaccine.
Monday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. – 1:45 p.m., at the Government Services Center
Friday every other week, 9 a.m. – 1:45 p.m., at the Ottertail Operations Center
Needed information as you register:
• Register for one location, either Fergus Falls at the Government Services Center OR Ottertail at Ottertail Operations Center for both doses.
• Registration link contains the consent to receive vaccine, fact sheet about vaccine and scheduling choices.
• COVID-19 vaccine requires a second dose 28 days after the first one. We ask you to schedule your second dose at the same time you schedule the first dose with the links below.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you with reminder email 1 day prior to scheduled time.

BECKER COUNTY VACCINE DISTRIBUTION
Dentists in Becker County should have received a survey from the Becker County Public Health Department. If you and/or your staff are interested in receiving the vaccine we encourage you to fill out
this survey. Please note, the survey accepts one email address per office.
MCLEOD COUNTY VACCINE DISTRIBUTION
Dentists in McLeod County should have been contacted by the county public health department regarding available appointments for receiving the vaccine. The appointment dates will be on January 14 and January 21. If you are unable to get vaccinated on these dates, there will be future appointments available. Continue to watch for communication from your county.
BROWN COUNTY VACCINE DISTRIBUTION
Dentists in Brown County should have been contacted regarding opportunities to be vaccinated on January 27 or January 30.
ISANTI COUNTY VACCINE DISTRIBUTION
Dentists in Isanti County will be contacted by county officials. If you do not hear from them please contact them directly at 763-689-4071.
KANDIYOHI COUNTY VACCINE DISTRIBUTION
Dentists in Kandiyohi County should have received an email from the Emergency Management Manager regarding availability of the vaccine. Please continue to monitor your email and phone for further communications from the county.
BIG STONE, CHIPPEWA, LAC QUI PARLE, SWIFT AND YELLOW MEDICINE COUNTIES VACCINE DISTRIBUTION
Dentists in Big Stone, Chippewa, Lac qui Parle, Swift, and Yellow Medicine counties should have been contacted by Countryside Public Health regarding the COVID-19 vaccine and when you will be able to be vaccinated.
CARVER COUNTY
An email was sent last week with updates on providing COVID-19 vaccine for dental clinics that reside within Carver County and the staff that work within those locations and/or live in Carver County. They will be partnering with Ridgeview Medical Center to provide appointments next week at the mobile vaccine trailer located in the parking lot of the Waconia Ridgeview site. They are sending a follow up email for scheduling. Appointments will be available Monday (18th), Wednesday (20th) & Friday (22nd) from 8AM-4PM .
