First-Time Licensee

OBTAIN YOUR FIRST LICENSE IN MINNESOTA

If you are an individual practitioner and would like to apply for your first Minnesota license, please take the following steps.

Apply:

Complete the Initial Operator License Application

• Include your payment
• Submit your original Course Completion Certificate
• Provide original passing results from required exams

Optional:

For those interested in obtaining their Salon Manager License

• Include original passing results from required Salon Manager Exam
