Real Estate License Application Change
Brokers and salespersons: Beginning March 1, an additional step will be added to initial real estate broker, salesperson, and company license applications. You must complete a form attesting that you have reviewed all the application questions and responses in their entirety and that all the responses are accurate (or a complete and accurate transmittal of the responses provided to the broker by the salesperson license applicant). After the form has been signed and dated, you must upload it with the license application on PULSE Portal.

Notice Regarding the Technology Surcharge
