Public Meeting in North Mankato

PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
TO HOLD PUBLIC MEETING
IN NORTH MANKATO
 
St. Paul, Minnesota — The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (Commission) will hold a public meeting in North Mankato, Minnesota on Thursday, June 27, 2019, starting at 10:00am. The meeting will take place at South Central College, Minnesota State, 1920 Lee Blvd., North Mankato, Minnesota in the John Votca Conference Center Room C and Room B.
 
The Commission will hold its usual weekly public meeting at which it will consider the proposed Huntley - Wilmarth Transmission Line Project. The specific issues to be considered and the staff Briefing Papers providing background information can be found on the Commission’s website at the calendar entry for that day. There will be a brief question and answer period at the close of the meeting in order for those in attendance to ask questions about the role of the Commission in the State of Minnesota.
 
After a break for lunch, the Commission will tour the School Sisters of Notre Dame solar array on the Good Counsel campus at 2:00pm located at 1081 Thompson Ravine Rd., Mankato, Minnesota.
 
All of these events are open to the public. In the case of lunch, the Commission asks that any members of the public wishing to attend to bring their own lunch, if so desired.
