St. Paul, Minnesota — The hours of a public hearing in the matter of the practices of Frontier Communications (MN PUC Docket 18-122) to be held in Slayton, MN on September 25, 2018 have been extended. The hearing will start at 4:00 pm. in order for members of the public to be able to attend, and participate in, these proceedings.
The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (Commission) previously issued a notice of a public hearing to be held in the Commission’s Investigation into Frontier Communications of Minnesota, Inc. and Citizens Telecommunications Company of Minnesota LLC’s service quality, customer service and billing practices. The Commission’s notice advised the hearing will be held on September 25, 2018, at the Slayton Public Library, 2451 Broadway, Slayton MN 56172, beginning at 6:00 pm.
To ensure that as many members of the public as possible are able to speak at the hearing, the Administrative Law Judge presiding over the hearing, Jeff Oxley, issued an Order today that the hearing will start at 4:00 pm. Judge Oxley will take a recess at approximately 5:30 pm and will then resume the hearing at the previously noticed time of 6:00 pm. The hearing is scheduled to end at 8:00 pm.
