• ​Recommend actions, issue reports and monitor results. 

​To formally dispute a licensor’s interpretation of a licensing requirement following an annual inspection, you must tell the licensor and submit the Licensing Requirement Dispute form (PDF)  to the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
