  • Important Information
Legal Assistance is a first come, first served service.
  • Attorney availability, geographic reach, and issue complexity may limit what services we can provide.
  • We do not have a full-time legal assistance attorney. Most requests are handled during drill weekends by traditional Guard attorneys.

Please ensure your request falls within the scope of our services and eligibility rules.
