The Ammunition Office is located in Building 24-199. Units requiring ammunition need to forecast that ammunition using TAMIS through their major command's ammunition manager for issue at Camp Ripley. Ammunition forecasts need to be made NLT 90 days prior to the scheduled draw date.

Camp Ripley has maid service quarters available for approximately 385 individuals. Room styles vary per area and range from individual rooms with shared bath to 2-6 bedroom houses. Official room rates range from $22-$27 per night. Non-official rates range from $27-$32 per night.

House
There are houses available at Camp Ripley with two, four and six bedrooms. All have full-size beds, regular amenities, linens, TV, DVD/Blu-ray player and private bathrooms. Houses offer a living room and kitchenette area to lounge and prepare limited food. All houses also offer a porch or patio area to enjoy the outdoors while grilling. Room rates range between $22-$32 per night.

Standard Room
Twin bed, regular amenities, mini-fridge, linens, TV, DVD/Blu-ray player and a shared bathroom. Room rates range between $22-$32 per night.

Suite
Typically a queen-size bed, regular amenities, mini-fridge, linens, TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, microwave and private bathroom. Room rates range between $22-$32 per night.

The Camp Ripley Dining Facility (DFAC) is a modern dining facility located in Building 6-76, in the Education Center. It is designed to serve up to 350 personnel every 15 minutes utilizing two serving lines consisting of one short-order line and a main serving line. Camp Ripley is a National Guard Military Training Site where a variety of courses and training are conducted. We operate a dining facility for course attendees, service members and other organizations training on the installation.

The food service section ensures Camp Ripley military customers have the available means to support their organizations with wholesome safe food. The Minnesota Army National Guard utilizes the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) for requesting and reporting food consumption for both prepared and catered meals within the state.

Camp Ripley can provide housing for 8,295 soldiers during moderate weather months and 3,370 soldiers during cold weather months. During cold weather, units are billeted in two-story cement buildings, commonly referred to as "T-Buildings". T-Buildings can house between 140 and 184 soldiers. All T-Buildings have an orderly room, secured supply bay, dining room, kitchen and pantry. The post is laid out in battalion blocks. In each battalion area there are also headquarters, supply, maintenance and aid station buildings. Areas of the post also incorporate single-person, non-maid service rooms.

Camp Ripley's Tank Farm Storage Facility has six 50,000-gallon above-ground storage tanks. Products available at Camp Ripley are F24 Ground, F24 Aviation, Diesel (Non-Tactical Vehicles Only) and Mogas.

Transportation at Camp Ripley is committed to excellence by meeting the current and future transportation needs for active military installations, USAR and ARNG units within Minnesota state boundaries; controlling movements traversing or originating in Minnesota; and providing a 24-hour emergency contact number for the state DMC in order to assist in emergencies and provide information for all states.

Camp Ripley has excellent medical training facilities. The Medical Unit Training Facility is located in Bldg. 8-81. There are great resources available to conduct medical training - including treatment, x-ray, dental and examination facilities. The space is available for official civilian and military personnel.

The USPFO Warehouse can provide temporary storage for out-state units equipment and/or MREs prior to their arrival on CRTC. The warehouse can also provide Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH) support in the cantonment area only to units that require containers to be loaded or off-loaded. Prior coordination is required between the unit and the POC requiring storage and/or RTCH support.
