Grants Management Resources
Templates, forms, and guidance are provided by the Office of Grants Management (OGM) to assist agencies in managing their grant programs in compliance with State of Minnesota grants management policies and statutes. Content is organized by topic and relevance to activities throughout the grant life cycle.
OGM templates are a baseline starting point. They are reviewed and updated regularly to align with relevant law, policy, and best practice. State agencies may adapt these templates for their grant programs to address agency specific requirements.
It is recommended that state staff check with their central grants or contracts offices and/or supervisor to ensure that they use the most current agency approved version of these materials.
