About Us

The Office of Grants Management (OGM), a division of the Minnesota Department of Administration, is responsible for establishing statewide grantmaking standards and ensuring compliance with them. These standards promote consistency, accountability, transparency, and efficiency in state grant activities. OGM also administers a portfolio of grants on behalf of the Department and maintains a website that allows the public to find grant opportunities posted by state agencies.
