[ST. PAUL, MN] – Today, Governor Tim Walz signed nine bills.
HF 3593 designates a portion of marked Trunk Highway 58 in Zumbrota as the “Officer/Firefighter Gary L. Schroeder, Jr. Memorial Highway.”
HF 3453 raises the legal age to possess kratom to 21 years or older.
SF 1251 removes the expiration of the crossbow hunting and fishing allowance.
SF 3868 prohibits the placement or operation of virtual currency kiosks in Minnesota.
SF 3887 allows watershed districts to self-insure for certain employee health benefits.
HF 3676 modifies provisions of the Safe at Home program and provides protections and remedies.
