If you have a cannabis-related conviction you’d like to have reviewed, please provide as much information about your record in the form below to help us locate it.

If you have a general question or inquiry, you only need to complete the name, email, and additional information/question section.

Data Collection Notice: Data you provide to the Cannabis Expungement Board (CEB) will be used by CEB staff to search court records and determine whether you have a cannabis record that is eligible for expungement or other relief. Providing this information is voluntary but not providing it may prevent CEB staff from giving you information about your record.

Learn about the Cannabis Expungement Board (CEB) and our work reviewing previous convictions for potential relief.

The Cannabis Expungement Board was created in 2023 with the Adult-Use Cannabis Act. The Board was created to review Minnesota felony and some misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor charges for potential expungement relief. All those who work with people affected by cannabis convictions as well as those who may benefit from conviction relief are welcome to join to learn more about our work*.

Program followed by complimentary taco bar lunch and networking opportunities!

Please RSVP to marcia.blakeman@state.mn.us

*Please note this is not an expungement clinic but those who may benefit from conviction relief can learn more about our process and how to apply.
