Eligibility
• In the written opinion of a licensed mental health professional, and in consultation with the mental health case manager or county supervisor/contact person, and family members/significant others (with the permission of the consumer), have the need for mental health services that cannot be met with other available community-based services, or
• Are likely to experience a mental health crisis, or
• Require a more restrictive setting if intensive rehabilitative mental health services are not provided
• Funded by medical assistance and/or private insurance
Services
• Staffed 24/7 by mental health practitioners
• Nursing available • Daily groups
• 90-day residential stay
• Psychiatry services are not provided on site
• Competency Education
• Medication administration
• Referrals to outside resources if needed

In person. No virtual option.
Referral Process
Complete IRTS referral form and send with requested records to irtsintake@springpathmentalhealth.com
Minimum records needed: Diagnostic Assessment and/or Functional Assessment, MAR
Note in referral email: level of charge, and if on commitment (if so include commitment information including order).
